June 11, 2019 – At a press conference in Wilson Park, Blueprint 15 Board President Sharon Owen and Board Vice President Calvin Corriders announced the appointment of Vincent B. Love as CEO of Blueprint 15.
Vincent Love is a seasoned professional with over 40 years experience in financial management. For the past 26 years, he has worked for the North Syracuse Central School District as an Accountant and the last 6 years as Treasurer. Prior to joining the North Syracuse School District, Vince worked for 8 years for the Center for Community Alternatives as an Outreach Specialist and 7 years for the Syracuse Housing Authority as an administrative/modernization assistant. Vince holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Florida A&M University.
In addition to his professional experience, Vince brings a strong background in community leadership and engagement. Vince is well known as one of the original members of the Syracuse Chapter of 100 Black Men and served as President of the organization for the past ten years. In addition, Vince has served on the Board of Directors of On Point for College, Center for Community Alternatives, Vera House, Hillside Work Scholarship Connection and the Gifford Foundation.
“Blueprint 15 has a bold vision to work with residents and community partners to revitalize the East Adams neighborhood. Vince is the ideal candidate to lead this initiative,” said Sharon Owens, President of Blueprint 15.
