The protest against actions of I.C.E. continue as people risk arrest in protest of enhanced Arrest and Detention Policies
Syracuse, N.Y. – On Tuesday July 31st, 2018 at approximately 1:10 PM, Syracuse Police Officers responded to 401 S. Salina Street in regards to a disturbance call. At least two callers, including building security, called 911 to report that between 50-100 people were inside the lobby of the building, possibly protesting I.C.E.

They were also advised that they could be arrested for Trespassing if they did not leave. Most of the protesters did leave the building, but 10 people refused to do so.
