On Sunday, June 9th, 2019, at around 11:41 P.M., Syracuse Police Officers responded to the area of the 200 block of Clifton Pl. for a call of shots fired. Upon their arrival, Officers located a 16 year old, male victim who suffered from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to Upstate University Hospital by ambulance where he is expected to survive.
