Syracuse police Respond to Gunfire on Second North Street – Friday, June 10th, 2022, at around 5:08 P.M., Officers responded to the 600 block of Second North Street for a shooting with injuries call. Upon arrival, Officers located two males who were struck by gunfire. The victims were transported to Upstate Hospital, where they are expected to survive. A dog that was on the scene was also struck by gunfire. The dog was transported to an area animal hospital and is expected to survive.
East Division Street Shooting Reported – Friday, June 10th, 2022, at around 5:57 P.M., Officers responded to the 600 block of East Division Street for a shooting with injuries call. Upon arrival, Officers located a male who was struck by gunfire. The victim was transported to Upstate Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
Genesee Street Shooting with Injuries – Saturday, June 11th, 2022, at around 2:08 A.M., Officers responded to the 1400 block of W. Genesee Street for a shooting with injuries call. Upon arrival, Officers located a 28-year-old male who was shot in the leg. The victim was transported to Upstate Hospital, where he is expected to survive. At around the same time, two victims, a 24-year-old male shot in the butt and leg, and a 21-year-old female shot in the foot, arrived at area hospitals, by private transport, with gunshot wounds stemming from this incident.
Radisson Court Shooting with Injuries – Sunday, June 12th, 2022, at around 12:24 A.M., Officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Radisson Court for a shooting with injuries call. Upon arrival, Officers located a 32-year-old male who was shot in the arm and midsection. The victim was transported to Upstate Hospital, where he is expected to survive.
Stabbing Reported on W. Beard Ave. – Monday, June 13th, 2022, at around 7:44 P.M., Officers responded to the 400 block of W. Beard Avenue for a stabbing call. Upon arrival, Officers located a 25-year-old male who was stabbed in the back. The victim was transported to Upstate Hospital, where he is expected to survive.
Tipp Hill Area Byrne Dairy Robbed – Monday, June 13th, 2022, at around 4:30 A.M., Officers responded to Byrne Dairy, located at 1800 W. Fayette Street, for a robbery call. The investigation revealed that four suspects entered the store while also displaying a handgun and knife. The suspects obtained cash proceeds and fled the scene.
