Syracuse Community Members Will Protest Police Treatment of Eight-Year-Old Boy

Syracuse, NY — This week, Syracuse police officers “manhandled” an 8 year-old boy for taking a bag of chips from a local store.  Community members will rally to tell officials that this treatment of a little boy is unacceptable.
