Syracuse Area Elected Officials and Advocates Gather to Highlight Environmental Rights Amendment

Proposal 2 would amend NYS Constitution to give New Yorkers a right to clean air, clean water, and a healthful environment 

Syracuse, NY – With just 2 days before early voting starts in New York, tomorrow, local elected officials and advocates will gather to highlight a state constitutional amendment that would give all New Yorkers a right to clean air and water (Proposal 2).
