On Thursday, July 21st, 2022, at around 10:49 P.M., Officers responded to the 300 block of South Avenue for a shots fired call. Upon arrival, Officers located evidence of a shots fired, and multiple casings were located on the scene. At around the same time, a 23-year-old male arrived at Upstate Hospital, by private transport, with a gunshot wound to the foot stemming from the incident location. The victim is expected to survive.
