On Friday, September 2nd 2022, at 10:34pm, Syracuse Police Officers responded to the area of Park Avenue and Sackett Street for a report of shots fired. A short time later, a victim from the incident was located at St. Joseph’s Hospital. The adult male victim sustained gunshot wounds to his leg and lower back; his injuries are not life-threatening.
