“My race remains too close to call with a likely automatic hand recount and the addition of outstanding absentee ballots and affidavits to the final tally. This process may take several weeks.
It’s important for every vote to be counted, for the process to play out with openness and transparency, and for the results to be respected and honored, regardless of the outcome.”
