Public Notice City of Syracuse City Planning Commission: Public Hearing will be held Monday, November 21, 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held Monday, November 21, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, Syracuse, New York to consider in full, or in part, the following applications.  Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.

  1. Application SP-22-11, continuation of a Public Hearing for a Special Permit for a Transitional Parking Lot on property situated at 204-208 Wayne Street, owned by Regency Towers Assoc., zoned Residential, Class B, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 7 and Part C, Section IV, Articles 1 and 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

 

  1. Application SR-07-12M1, continuation of a Public Hearing for a Site Plan Review to modify an Administrative Permit on property situated at 1120-1126 West Genesee Street, owned by Petro Gura, zoned Business, Class A and situated within the Motor Vehicle Sales Business Overlay District pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 and Part C, Section X, Article 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

 

  1. Application PR-22-12, continuation of a Public Hearing for a Project Site Review for façade alterations and site changes on property situated at 400 Burnet Avenue, owned by Cashe, LLC, zoned Industrial, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section VI, Article 1 and Part C, Section I, Article 10 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

 

  1. Application R-22-50, Continuation of a Public Hearing for a Resubdivision to combine six properties situated at 1001-1019 and 1027-1029 East Genesee Street, 301-307, 309, and 313-323 South Crouse Avenue, and 1014-1016 East Fayette Street, owned by Timberwolf Capital Properties, LLC, zoned Business Class A, into one new Lot pursuant to the City of Syracuse Subdivision Regulations.

 

  1. Application PR-22-19, Continuation of a Public Hearing for a Project Site Review for New Construction on properties situated at 1001-1019 and 1027-1029 East Genesee Street, 301-307, 309, and 313-323 South Crouse Avenue, and 1014-1016 East Fayette Street, owned by Timberwolf Capital Properties, LLC, zoned Business Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 and Part C, Section I, Article 7 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

 

  1. Application SP-22-14, for a Special Permit for a Restaurant on properties situated at 1224, 1226, and 1228 East Fayette Street, owned by 105 Merz Ave, LLC, zoned Local Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 and Part C, Section IV, Articles 1 and 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

The above proposals are open for inspection at the Office of Zoning Administration, or on-line at https://www.syr.gov/Boards-and-Commissions/CPC/CPC-Meetings. Persons wishing to comment on an application may do so in person or by attorney at the public hearing.  Written comments may be filed at the public hearing, mailed, or emailed to the Office of Zoning Administration at 201 East Washington Street, Room 500, Syracuse, NY  13202, or zoning@syrgov.net.
