NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 233 E. Washington St., to consider in full or in part, the following applications. Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.
- V-16-10M2-An Area Variance request to establish 7 dwelling units, 1 restaurant, 1 office, and 1 storage space by waiving required parking on property situated at 910-912 and 913-915 Park Street, owned by House Sy 1 LLC, zoned Local Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 of the Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

Persons wishing to comment on an application may do so in person or by attorney at the public hearing.
