NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 233 E. Washington St., to consider in full or in part, the following applications. Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.
- V-22-05-An Area Variance request to increase the number of dwelling units from 3 to 4 by waiving the minimum lot width and required parking on property situated at 1114 North Salina Street, owned by Cuse Apartments, LLC, zoned Local Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
- V-22-07-A Use Variance request to establish a personal service use by waiving the uses permitted on property situated at 2118 East Genesee Street, owned by Jonathan Lasala, zoned Residential, Class B-1 Transitional, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 6 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
