New Restaurant “Storys”, to open in the State Tower Building

Syracuse, NY- A new restaurant, Storys, will be opening at the former location of Today’s Special. New owner, Jose Morales, has been preparing breakfast and lunch items, to the community’s delight,  for many years.

Jose Morales is a native of Central New York and has been in the restaurant industry for over sixteen years. He worked his way up from dishwasher to head chef, and now, owner. Morales has worked at all levels of the restaurant industry and takes great pride in the food he makes and the community he serves.

Storys will serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday from 7am-2pm. Jose will be creating a fun menu with a fresh take on breakfast and lunch, making for a delicious experience you will not want to miss.

According to State Tower Management, “We are pleased to welcome Storys to our building and are thrilled to share exciting food options to our tenants, Hanover Square neighbors and the community at large.”

“It has been an amazing opportunity to serve the community for so long and I am thrilled to be owner of my own place and will bring my background and personality into the dishes I create and the way I run my business,” said Morales.
