Mayor Walsh gave an update on the City’s review of the Interstate 81 Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) Friday August 9th at GreeningUSA. The Mayor offered to be at the table to work with regional leaders to address concerns and advance the $2 billion project. “The most effective way to have concerns addressed is to participate in the process — not resist.”
