Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh, Syracuse Police Chief Kenton Buckner, and Syracuse Police Director of Community Engagement Jimmy Oliver joined Assemblywoman Pam Hunter on the second level of Destiny USA at On the One DJ Studio for a check presentation to the Syracuse Police Athletic/Activities League from the New York State Assembly.
On the One is owned by Syracuse PAL board member and volunteer Jasmine Coan who will be teaching Syracuse PAL youth how to DJ.
The Syracuse PAL is a youth development program that brings young people and police officers together in a non-law enforcement setting.
