Home HeadQuarters Offices Closed to Public

Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, Home HeadQuarters will close its offices to the public. HHQ staff will be available by phone at (315) 474-1939 or by email at info@homehq.org. We will also see customers in need by appointment only.

Customers can still drop documents or payments off in the drop box located to the right of our main door. HomeOwnership Customers that are currently signed up for a HomeBuyer Orientation and/or Homebuyer Education Course will be receiving an email or phone call for instructions to take an online class.

• Our Auburn affiliate, Homsite, is also closed to the public. Customer can reach staff at (315) 253-8451 or leave documents and payments in the secured lock box at the entry.

• The Contractor Breakfast scheduled for April 3 has been postponed.

• The Special HomeOwnership Orientation with the Zigula Interpreter scheduled for March 28 has been postponed.

• When scheduling construction inspections, please have patience and communicate any limitations in advance with our staff.
