HOME -ARP Grant Allocation Plan and Budget Public Comment Period

The release of the DRAFT of the City of Syracuse HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. The Allocation Plan describes and outlines how the City will allocate HOME-ARP funding. Below you will find the public meeting notice and notice of a public comment period.

Comments may also be submitted at a Public Meeting to be held by the Department of Neighborhood & Business Development on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 233 E. Washington St., Syracuse, NY 13202.

HOME-ARP Allocation Plan Public Notice

The City of Syracuse is accepting public comment regarding the Program Year 48 (May 1 2022-April 30 2023) HOME -ARP Grant Allocation Plan and Budget. Comments accepted from 9:00 a.m. Monday September 19th until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 11th.

In accordance with the City of Syracuse Department of Neighborhood & Business Development Citizen Participation Plan developed under requirements of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, the City of Syracuse Department of Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD) will accept comments from the public via email and written communication during the comment period defined above.
