Syracuse, N.Y. – City of Syracuse administrative offices will be closed in observance of the Veterans Day federal holiday on Thursday, Nov. 11. Trash and recycling collection will not be delayed. The yard waste drop off site off Midler will be closed for the day. Metered parking downtown will be free on Thursday.
