Focusing Our Resources for Community Enlightenment (FORCE) invites all talent: singers, rappers, poets, comedians, and step teams to audition for “A Chance to Be Seen” Variety Show: We Are Family!
The audition will be held on Saturday, May 14th on the field next to the Cannon Street Community Center (Corner of W. Brighton Ave, & Cannon St.) at 167-0172 W. Brighton Ave., Syracuse from 12 noon to 4:00 pm. Performers are encouraged to send the music they will use for the audition by email to the show producer, or they can bring their music on CD or mp3 format on the day of the audition.
Only clean, wholesome acts will be allowed to audition. The actual variety show will take place on Saturday, July 9th from 1:00 pm to 4 pm. The show will be open to the public through Zoom and Facebook.
The show is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by CNY Arts.
