Onondaga County Sheriff Deputy Webb while on patrol January 8th, observed at 3:36 AM, a vehicle speeding north on Route 298, Deputy Webb activated his lights to attempt a traffic stop and the driver failed to comply.
After the pursuit turned on to Northern Blvd. the driver identified as Marshall Wright (31) Cicero ultimately complied south of the 481 intersection Town of Cicero. Mr. Wright was taken into custody and while searching the vehicle Deputies discovered a .40 Caliber handgun not registered to Mr. Wright.
Mr. Wright was taken the Justice Center and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd, Unlawful Fleeing 3rd and multiple traffic tickets were issued.
