New York State has hired Dover Kohl & Partners to assist in neighborhood design around I-81. Next week, Dover Kohl planners and architects will come to Syracuse to get to know the neighborhood and meet with residents.
On Monday, the 22nd, the team will walk the I-81 neighborhood. Then, from Tuesday to Friday, they will host design charettes at Dr. King Elementary to gather input on neighborhood design, space, functionality and amenities.
