Public Notice – Monday April 4th City of Syracuse City Planning Commission Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held MONDAY, April 4, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, Syracuse, New York to consider in full, or in part, the following applications.  Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.

  1. Application PR-21-25, continuation of a Public Hearing for a Project Site Review for new construction on property situated at 112-114 Burt Street, owned by Joseph Brandt, zoned Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 and Part C, Section I, Article 10 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
  1. Application R-22-08, for a Resubdivision to combine seven properties situated at 416, 418, 418 Rear, 420-424, 428, and 428 Rear North Franklin Street and 216 West Laurel Street, owned by Adornato Couture, LLC, and 216 Laurel, LLC, zoned Lakefront, T-5[2], into two new Lots pursuant to the City of Syracuse Subdivision Regulations, as amended.
  1. Application SR-22-04, for a Site Plan Review to install a tower-mounted antenna array on property situated at 3017-3065 (aka 3049) East Genesee Street, owned by Friends of Jowonio, Inc, zoned Residential, Class C, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 9 and Part C, Section I, Article 7 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

The above proposals are open for inspection at the Central Permit Office, or on line at www.syracuse.ny.us/Planning_Commission.aspx.
