US Department of Labor statistics predict nearly 1 of every 2 Americans will be of traditionally minority status by 2050. 60% of all women today participate in the workforce, up from 33% in 1950. Together, these trends imply significant opportunity and change for women of color. You Can’t Fail exists to provide information encouragement and support to women by providing information to further equip them for success in new roles with greater responsibilities.
