The NYS DOT Work Smart Construction Skills Training Program will host an Information Session & Applicant Assessment/Interview on Monday, February 28th, 2022 9:00am- 10:30am

- OSHA 10-hour certification
- flagging certification
- construction math
- hand tools and power tools
- blueprint reading
- site preparation for asphalt and concrete work
- asphalt handling and leveling
- concrete form work
- installing rebar
- concrete mixing and leveling
- and hands on projects at local construction sites
Training Dates
March 14th – APRIL 22nd from 8:30AM- 2:30PM Monday-Friday
Applicant Requirements:
- NYS Resident
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma/GED
- COVID vaccine & booster
- Provide Income Documentation
