City of Syracuse Citizen Participation Information-Notice of Funding Availability-CDBG, HOME, ESG Block Grant Programs

City of Syracuse CDBG, HOME, ESG Block Grant Program
Year 48 (2022-2023) Notice of Funding Available

In accordance with the City of Syracuse Department of Neighborhood +Business Development (NBD) Citizen Participation Plan developed under requirements of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, NBD will anticipate receiving funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

REQUESTS: All 501(c)(3) organizations are invited to submit an application for CDBG, HOME, ESG funding to be released October 4th, 2021 All application requests must be submitted by November 12th , 2021 no later than 2:00 p.m. Non-profits submitting an application must include their latest financial statements and required documents listed on the application.

PUBLIC HEARINGS: The City of Syracuse will hold one public hearing and the Common Council will hold one public meeting. This public hearing and public meeting will be held in March 2022 date to be determined.

Participation is available through an access code which will be posted to the City of Syracuse website in March 2022.
