Public Notice City of Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals- Thursday, August 26, 2021

Notice Is Hereby Given that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers, Third Floor, City Hall, 233 E Washington St, Syracuse, NY 13202 to consider in full, or in part, the following applications:

  • V-21-14 (continuation)– A Use Variance request to establish (maintain) a two-family dwelling by waiving permitted uses on property located at 215 (& 221) East Glen Avenue, owned by the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Residential, Class A-1, per Part B, Section I, Article 1. 
  • V-02-36M1-An Area Variance request to establish a two-family dwelling by waiving required density and parking on property located at 308 Tompkins Street, owned by Greg Saxenian, zoned Local Business, Class A per Part B, Section III, Article 2 (8.b) and (9.1).
