The purpose of this meeting will be to provide an update on the 2019 report issued by the Financial Restructuring Board for Local Governments (FRB), including the recent proposal to study consolidating systems of the Water Department with that of the Onondaga County Water Authority (OCWA) as well as a study to examine modernizing waste collection.
