About the Registration Drive:
The first registration drive will be on Saturday, June 16 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. at Syracuse’s 2007 Juneteenth festival. The William G. Pomeroy Foundation, National Marrow Donor Program and Power 106.9 will come together to sponsor the first free local community-wide bone marrow drive specifically appealing to members of the African American community.
The drive is slated to be part of Syracuse’s 2007 Juneteenth festival in Clinton Square, a celebration of African American freedom, history and culture.
