2010 CITIZENS ACADEMY Begins September15th

Apply NOW for the 2010 CITIZENS ACADEMY, a FREE 8 week program that informs citizens about how local government works. Classes meet on consecutive Wednesdays from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. with the first class on Wednesday, September 15 and last class on Wednesday, November 3. Candidates are expected to attend all sessions.

The Citizens Academy is open to all residents of Syracuse and Onondaga County who are 18 years of age or older. Applications are due by Friday, August 6, 2010. The class size is limited to 30 members. Learn more: http://www.citizensacademycny.org
